RoeHaven Travel is a boutique luxury travel agency that plans, quotes, and arranges travel itineraries, bookings, and reservations on behalf of our clients. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers such as hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and transfer providers.
3. Bookings, Suppliers & Pricing
Travel products and services are provided by independent third-party suppliers and are subject to those suppliers' own terms, conditions, and cancellation policies, which we will share with you before you book. Prices, availability, and itineraries are subject to change until confirmed. The specific terms applicable to your trip — including deposits, payment schedules, change fees, and cancellation policies — are provided to you in writing at the time of booking and form part of your agreement with us and the relevant suppliers.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when arranging travel, including the correct legal names, contact details, and any requirements relevant to your trip. You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents (such as passports and visas), meet health and entry requirements, and obtain appropriate travel insurance. RoeHaven Travel is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide or from your failure to meet travel requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability
Because travel services are delivered by third-party suppliers, RoeHaven Travel is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, or negligence of any supplier, or for events beyond our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with our services is limited to the value of the planning fees you have paid directly to RoeHaven Travel. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every journey.
6. SMS & Text Messaging Terms
Program: RoeHaven Travel SMS Notifications. RoeHaven Travel is a trade name (DBA) of RoeHaven Enterprises LLC. By providing your mobile number and opting in (see below), you agree to receive transactional and customer-care text messages from RoeHaven Travel related to your travel inquiry, quote, booking, itinerary, reminders, and trip support.
How you opt in: You opt in by entering your mobile number and manually checking the unchecked, optional SMS consent box on the contact form at roehaventravel.com/#contact before submitting it. The box is unchecked by default and not required to submit. Only customers who complete this opt-in are sent SMS messages.
Message frequency & rates: Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages unless you opt back in.
